And if we do not have an experience with the Holy Spirit, a living, internal, moment by moment experience with the indwelling of the Holy Spirit in the temple that we possess called the human body, if we do not have that, when this time period arrives, we are going to parallel the priests and the rulers that fled. We're going to not only be afraid of it, shortly thereafter, we're going to hate it. And this is what happened in 1844. The people that fled the movement were afraid from what they were hearing taking place, from what they saw happen. And shortly thereafter, they began to be the worst critics of the beginning of Adventism. There's nothing new under the sun. Those things that have been will be repeated. Moving on, Judges 7, 8 through 15. So the people took victuals in their hand and their trumpets, and he sent all the rest of Israel, every man unto his tent, and retained those three hundred men. And the host of Midian was beneath him in the valley. And it came to pass that same night that the Lord said unto him, Arise, get thee down into the host, for I have delivered thee into thine hand. But if thou fear to go down, go thou with Pura, which means foliage, thy servant, down to the host, and thou shall hear what they say. And afterwards shall thy hands be strengthened to go down unto the host. Then went he down with Pura, his servant, unto the outside of the armed men that were in the host. And the Midianites, and the Malachites, and all the children of the east, lay along in the valley like grasshoppers for multitude. And their camels were without number, as the sand of the sea side for multitude. And when Gideon was come, behold, there was a man that told the dream unto his fellow, and said, Behold, I dreamed a dream. And lo, a cake of barley bread tumbled into the host of Midian, and came unto a tent, and smote it that it fell, and overturned it that the tent lay along. And his fellow answered and said, This is nothing else save the sword of Gideon, the son of Joash, a man of Israel. For into his hand hath God delivered Midian, and all the host. And it was so, when Gideon heard the telling of the dream, and the interpretation thereof, that he worshipped, and returned into the host of Israel, and said, Arise, for the Lord hath delivered into your hand the host of Midian." Judges 7, 8 through 15. Now, in this presentation, from beginning to end, and we're only about halfway through it, I think I understand the prophetic points where I am open to the most criticism. Where some will say that's stretching it a little.
