taxes on all the international financial transactions, which is projected to produce $1.5 trillion annually, about 150 times the current UN budget. America was founded as a revolt against taxation without representation. The day an American president, an American Congress, and an American people submit to global control and global taxation, America is history. Sayonara. Out of here. Gone. The globalists plan to overrule national sovereignty through a global environmental policy. This is the stealth process of chipping away at our national sovereignty through such seemingly laudable goals as protecting the ecosystem. We see it taking place through global non-government organizations, or NGOs, the International Union for the Conservation of Nature, the United Nations Environmental Program, the World Resource Institute, the Earth Council, and ultimately a proposed assembly of the people, which would be elected by the world at large and would promote environmental policy in the UN. We see our national sovereignty being chipped away through the policies and pronouncements from the United Nations Conference on Environmental and Development and its follow-up conferences. We see it promoted in such documents as Earth Summit's Agenda 21 at the Conventions on Climate Change, Biodiversity, Ozone Depleting Substances, De-certification, Endangered Species, Wetlands, and World Heritage Sites. The globalist agenda is embedded in such buzzwords as rewilding and sustainable development, which sum up the global environmentalist belief that industrialized human society is a cancer on the planet and that the only hope for Mother Earth is a return to a planet pre-industrial. Third world standard of living, radical cuts in the consumption of energy, raw materials, food and water, central planning for the world economy, global echo, indoctrination, and family planning goals, and of course, the abolition of national sovereignty. Globalists talk about a growing gap between the world's rich and poor and the environmental jeopardy caused by unbridled consumerism in the north that despoils the integrity of the Earth. Their solution is to impoverish America and spread misery around the planet. Most Americans are unaware that global environmentalism has already resulted in a UN takeover of many of our national parks and historical sites. The takeover began with the World Heritage Treaty drafted by the UN Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization in 1972. UN watchers consider UNESCO to be one of the most corrupt agencies in the entire UN bureaucracy. Under the World Heritage Treaty, the UN has already taken over 18 so-called World Heritage sites. An additional 48 biosphere reserve sites have been handed over to UNESCO's Man and Biosphere Program by the US State Department without any treaty.
