But, he nominated Bork. Bork was rejected because he was too conservative, and then he nominated Ginsburg. Now, Ginsburg was a Jew. He was a good jurist. When someone's nominated for the Supreme Court of the United States, the American Bar will give them a report card, because they're the ones that are, in that sense, policing themselves. These people that are going to be judges are attorneys, so that the attorneys of the United States will look over their past history and grade them on whether they're good, bad, or ugly. And this particular Ginsburg got the highest rating of all time of any attorney, or any judge, that had ever been nominated for the Supreme Court.
