God is speaking about in his covering, but the process that's being described in this passage is that he is drawing a covering over us. And when you look at the information about the sealing time being a time, a period of time, then you see that this covering takes a certain amount of time to take place. It's progressive. It doesn't take place right before Michael stands up and human probation closes. It takes place before the shaking begins and the shaking, there are several shakings that you can identify, but the shaking that's under discussion in connection with the sealing and having the seal before the shaking is the shaking that begins at the Sunday law. But let's look at the sealing time some more so we can see that it's progressive and therefore we can see that it agrees with a progressive judgment that takes place in the most holy place. As Christ is taking the cases one by one and individually inspecting them, brother a is found to have settled into the truth totally. And Christ says, this man has a character prepared for the seal of God, and he moves on to sister B. If she has a character prepared for the seal of God, he moves on to brother C. And the cover has been drawn over brother A and sister B. And this covering will be in place over all those that have prepared before the Sunday law arrives, because that's where it will be manifested, whether we have a character for the seal of God, the faith I live by page 288. Now early writings page 59 first, my dear brethren and sisters, let the commandments of God and the testimony of Jesus Christ be in your minds continually and let them crowd out worldly thoughts and cares. When you lie down and when you rise up, let them be your meditation, live and act holy in reference to the coming of the son of man. The ceiling time is very short and will soon be over. Now is the time while the four angels are holding the four winds to make our calling an election. Now, please see that the ceiling time, it's short, but it is a period of time that you can't get away from that, that sister white, the pioneers understood it as a period of time. It's crystal clear. Therefore, it isn't a single act in the most holy place at the end. And this time is very clearly identified as taking place while the angels are still holding the four winds. Whereas those that place the ceiling right as Michael stands up, um, they're not seeing this progression. They're not seeing this progression. And they're also taking the ceiling time right down to the close of human probation and not really realizing that this time period for Adventists.
