Let's look at a comment where she identifies that this isn't the great time of trouble. This is what in Adventism we call the little time of trouble that begins at the Sunday law when national apostasy is followed by national ruin. And this day with God, the way we describe this time of trouble, is the time of God's destructive judgments. During this little time of trouble that begins at the Sunday law, she sees us filled with the Holy Ghost. It's during the Sunday law crisis that we either receive the mark of the beast or the seal of God. And God's people at that time that received the seal of God, what takes place with them? Well, what we read in Testimonies, Volume 5, is that then, then the latter rain is poured out upon them. At the Sunday law issue, it will be demonstrated that you and I have prepared a character for the seal of God or the mark of the beast. But if we are among those that have prepared the character for the seal of God, then the latter rain is poured out upon us. And that's why Sister White says here, at the commencement of the time of trouble, the time of God's destructive judgments, national apostasy followed by national ruin. At the commencement of the time of trouble, we are filled with the Holy Ghost, the latter rains poured out upon us, and we go forth and proclaim the Sabbath more fully. How do we proclaim the Sabbath more fully? We honor the Sabbath when it is against the law to keep the Sabbath. We honor the Sabbath in that fashion. It's going to become a growing and escalating issue around the world, and that's how it swells to a loud cry. But brothers and sisters, what we're seeing here, hopefully, is that there is three groups of people, once again, here identified. Those that give up the Sabbath, those that don't give up the Sabbath, and those that have never seen the truth of the Sabbath. But when they do, they come and stand with God's people and endure persecution with us. Now, brothers and sisters, when does the persecution take place? At the Sunday law, persecution begins. Now, certainly the greatest persecution, a different type of persecution, the worst type of persecution takes place from within our church family. But the persecution of the Sunday law begins at the Sunday law, and this is where God's other children in Babylon come out and stand with us, and they endure that persecution. Now, Sister White, this passage that we just read, she has the same passage in early writings, page 33, and then there is, in the appendix, a comment on it, and it says this. On page 33, it's given the following, I saw that the holy Sabbath is and will be the separating wall between the true Israel God and Israel.
