pointed. The little vision that takes place during that time is the vision of the evening and mornings. In a Seventh-day Adventist, we should fully understand that in verse 14 of Daniel 8, it says, And he said unto me unto 2,300 days, that the the Hebrew there is really unto 2,300 evenings and mornings. So here in verse 26 when it says, And the snapshot of the evenings and mornings which was told you is true, this little vision that Gabriel was was most intent on having Daniel understand is the the vision of the 2,300 days, a time prophecy. And the vision, the very message of the vision, what took place in the 2,300 day is that at the end of 2,300 years, Christ was going to begin his work in cleansing the sanctuary. And that's why verse 17 says, At the time of the end shall be the vision. Or as Daniel defines the time of the end, at when the 2,300 years have come to pass, October 22nd 1844, then the sanctuary will be cleansed. The point I want you to see here, if you will, is that the time of the end is the end of the 2,300 day prophecy. It is also the time of the appointed according to verse 19. It is also the end according to verse 19. And this is in agreement with the time prophecy of pagan Rome and papal Rome. Daniel defines the time appointed and the time of the end and the end as terms identifying the end of a time prophecy. And this is why Sister White is correct when she says 1843, 1844, and 1798 are all the time of the end, because there were time prophecies in the book of Daniel that came to pass in 1798, 1843, 1844. Now I know that in Adventism today there are many that do not understand that there was a time prophecy that was fulfilled in 1843, but the pioneers understood and upheld that position. And if you apply the 1335 of Daniel 12 correctly, that's where you arrive at is 1843. But that being said, and please hold on to that thought, because when we get to Daniel 12 in Adventism today, there is much confusion created by two places where Daniel refers to the time of the end in Daniel chapter 12. And there are those among us who seek to reapply time prophecies that have already come to pass. And one of their techniques for attempting to do this is
