The book of Joel is perhaps the most direct revelation of the latter rain in the Scriptures, and Joel opens up by first referencing the four generations of apostasy accomplished by the Laodicean Seventh-day Adventist church. Those four generations of escalating destruction represented in Joel’s opening verses align with the four escalating abominations of Ezekiel chapter eight. 1863 unto 1888 represents the first generation, and it represents the rejection of the foundational message of the Millerites as represented upon the 1843 and 1850 pioneer charts, represented in Habakkuk chapter two, and that symbolizes the covenant as represented by the two tables of the Ten Commandments.
Phau ntawv Yau-ee yog tej zaum qhov kev tshwm sim ncaj qha tshaj plaws txog nag tom kawg nyob hauv Vajluskub, thiab Yau-ee qhib los ntawm kev xub hais txog plaub tiam ntawm kev thim txoj kev ntseeg uas pawg ntseeg Xya-Hnub Adven-tiv La-odike-a tau ua tiav lawm. Plaub tiam ntawd ntawm kev puas tsuaj uas nce zuj zus, raws li tau sawv cev nyob hauv cov nqe pib ntawm Yau-ee, phim nrog plaub yam qias neeg uas nce zuj zus nyob hauv Exekees tshooj yim. Xyoo 1863 mus txog 1888 sawv cev rau thawj tiam, thiab nws sawv cev rau kev tsis lees txais txoj xov tseem ceeb uas yog lub hauv paus ntawm cov Millerites raws li sawv cev nyob rau saum daim phiaj pioneer xyoo 1843 thiab 1850, raws li sawv cev nyob hauv Habakuk tshooj ob, thiab qhov ntawd yog lub cim sawv cev rau txoj kev khi lus raws li sawv cev los ntawm ob lub phiaj zeb ntawm Kaum Nqe Kevcai.
1888 to 1919 represent the generation that rejected the experience of righteousness by faith, that produces an experience represented by the church of Philadelphia. In the first generation the rebellion focused upon the work of leadership represented by William Miller, and in the second generation of 1888 the leadership of the Spirit of Prophecy was rebelled against. The third generation of 1919 began with William Warren Prescott’s book, The Doctrine of Christ and ended with the book, Questions on Doctrine in 1957. That third generation was the generation of compromise with the world as Adventism sought the accreditation of the medical practices of the American Medical Association, and the accreditation of their colleges by the academic scholars of apostate Protestantism and Roman Catholicism.
Xyoo 1888 mus txog 1919 sawv cev rau tiam neeg uas tsis lees txais txoj kev paub ncaj ncees los ntawm txoj kev ntseeg, uas tsim kom muaj ib txoj kev paub uas sawv cev los ntawm pawg ntseeg Philadelphia. Hauv thawj tiam neeg kev ntxeev siab tau tsom rau txoj hauj lwm ntawm kev coj noj coj ua uas sawv cev los ntawm William Miller, hos hauv tiam neeg thib ob ntawm 1888 ntawd lawv tau ntxeev siab tawm tsam kev coj noj coj ua ntawm Ntsuj Plig ntawm Vajlugkub Qhia Yav Tom Ntej. Tiam neeg thib peb ntawm 1919 tau pib nrog William Warren Prescott phau ntawv, The Doctrine of Christ, thiab xaus nrog phau ntawv Questions on Doctrine xyoo 1957. Tiam neeg thib peb ntawd yog tiam neeg ntawm kev sib haum xeeb nrog lub ntiaj teb thaum Adventism nrhiav kev lees paub txog lawv cov kev kho mob los ntawm American Medical Association, thiab kev lees paub txog lawv cov tsev kawm qib siab los ntawm cov kws txawj ntse kev kawm ntawm Protestantism uas twb poob kev ntseeg lawm thiab Roman Catholicism.
In the third generation the educational counsel from the pen of Ellen White was rejected and replaced with the false educational practices of the world as represented by the educational philosophy of Greece. Greek education is represented by the goddess Athena who is enshrined in the duplicate Parthenon temple in Nashville, Tennessee.
Hauv tiam thib peb no, tej lus ntuas txog kev kawm ntawv uas tawm ntawm tus cwj mem ntawm Ellen White raug tsis lees txais thiab raug hloov los ntawm tej kev coj cuav hauv kev kawm ntawv ntawm lub ntiaj teb no raws li pom nyob hauv txoj kev xav txog kev kawm ntawv ntawm Kili. Kev kawm ntawv Kili raug sawv cev los ntawm tus vajtswv poj niam Athena uas raug tsa pehawm nyob hauv lub tuam tsev Parthenon uas yog ib qho qauv theej dua, nyob hauv Nashville, Tennessee.
True education was exemplified in the Bible with the schools of the prophets associated with the prophet Elisha. The Maccabean revolt of 167 BC and onward to the destruction of Jerusalem in 70 AD, was in large part a protest against the inroads of Greek education into the culture and nation of the ancient literal glorious land. The protest of the Maccabees was a revolt against Greek influence at every level, but the educational influence of Greece was so pervasive in the history and the motivations of the Maccabean zealots that it cannot be separated from the reality that Greek education was perhaps the largest factor associated with the Jewish rejection of Jesus Christ as their Messiah. Books have been written identifying the negative influence of Greek education upon the Jews and false educations contribution to the Jewish rejection and crucifixion of Christ.
Txoj kev kawm tseeb tau raug ua piv txwv tseg hauv phau Vajlugkub los ntawm cov tsev kawm ntawm cov yaj saub uas muaj kev txuas nrog tus yaj saub Elisha. Kev sawv tawm tsam ntawm cov Maccabees hauv xyoo 167 BC thiab txuas mus txog kev puas tsuaj ntawm Yeluxalees hauv xyoo 70 AD, feem coob yog ib qho kev tawm tsam tiv thaiv kev nkag los ntawm kev kawm Greek rau hauv kab lis kev cai thiab lub teb chaws ntawm thaj av qub uas muaj hwjchim ci ntsa iab raws li qhov tseeb tiag. Kev tawm tsam ntawm cov Maccabees yog ib qho kev ntxeev siab tawm tsam kev cuam tshuam Greek nyob rau txhua theem, tiam sis kev cuam tshuam ntawm kev kawm Greek tau nthuav dav heev hauv keeb kwm thiab hauv tej kev txhawb siab ntawm cov neeg kub siab Maccabees, ua rau tsis muaj peev xwm cais tau ntawm qhov tseeb tias kev kawm Greek tej zaum yog qhov tseem ceeb tshaj plaws uas cuam tshuam nrog cov Yudais txoj kev tsis lees txais Yexus Khetos ua lawv tus Mexiyas. Tau muaj ntau phau ntawv sau los txheeb xyuas txoj kev cuam tshuam phem ntawm kev kawm Greek rau saum cov Yudais thiab txoj kev pab cuam ntawm kev kawm cuav rau cov Yudais txoj kev tsis lees txais thiab kev ntsia Khetos rau saum ntoo khaublig.
The Maccabean revolt aligns with the revolt of 1776 in the modern spiritual glorious land. There are currently over 4,000 registered universities in the United States that are built upon the philosophy of Greek and Jesuit educational practices. The anarchy and lawlessness of the past ten-plus years can be directly traced to the so-called educational centers in the United States that for decades have been indoctrinating students who were already conditioned by media and entertainment sources to accept the globalist philosophies derived from the satanic philosophies of the French Revolution period. The students of today’s universities were already conditioned into accepting the lifestyle represented by Sodom and Gomorrah before they entered the educational centers designed to attack white people, Christians and true American history. A citizen of the United States today who wishes to understand the constant two-tiered system of justice that fulfills the justice and truth being cast into the streets as identified in the Bible and Spirit of Prophecy, must understand that the current circumstances are being produced by a purposeful designed attack that is indoctrinated from the earliest years of life by a educational system designed to bring mankind under the control of elitist globalists–the dragon power!
Kev tawm tsam Maccabees haum raws nraim nrog kev tawm tsam xyoo 1776 hauv thaj av sab ntsuj plig uas muaj koob meej niaj hnub no. Tam sim no muaj ntau tshaj 4,000 lub tsev kawm qib siab thiab tsev kawm qib siab loj uas tau sau npe hauv Tebchaws Meskas, uas raug tsa saum lub tswv yim kev kawm ntawm tim Nkij teb chaws thiab ntawm cov Jesuit. Kev kub ntxhov thiab kev tsis hwm txoj cai hauv kaum-xyoo-ntxiv dhau los no muaj peev xwm taug ncaj qha rov mus txog cov chaw hu ua chaw kawm ntawv hauv Tebchaws Meskas, uas tau ntau caum xyoo los lawm tab tom ntxias cob qhia cov tub ntxhais kawm uas twb raug cob rau ua ntej lawm los ntawm xov xwm thiab cov chaw lom zem kom lees txais cov tswv yim ntiaj teb ib lub tebchaws, uas muab los ntawm cov tswv yim Xatas ntawm lub caij Fabkis Kev Tawm Tsam. Cov tub ntxhais kawm hauv cov tsev kawm qib siab niaj hnub no twb raug cob qhia kom lees txais txoj kev ua neej uas Xaudoo thiab Kaumaulas sawv cev rau, ua ntej lawv nkag mus rau hauv cov chaw kawm ntawv uas raug tsim los tawm tsam cov neeg dawb, cov Khetos, thiab keeb kwm Meskas tiag. Ib tug pej xeem ntawm Tebchaws Meskas niaj hnub no uas xav to taub txog txoj kev ncaj ncees ob-theem uas muaj tsis tu ncua, uas ua kom tiav qhov uas Vajlugkub thiab Ntsuj Plig Qhia Yaj Saub tau qhia tias kev ncaj ncees thiab qhov tseeb raug pov rau hauv txoj kev, yuav tsum to taub tias tej xwm txheej tam sim no no tab tom raug tsim los ntawm ib qho kev tawm tsam uas raug npaj muaj hom phiaj meej, uas raug cob ntxias los txij thaum lub neej nyuam qhuav pib los ntawm ib txoj kev kawm ntawv uas raug tsim los coj noob neej los nyob hauv qab kev tswj ntawm cov nom loj ntiaj teb ib lub tebchaws—lub hwj chim zaj!
There are five major themes in the writings of Ellen White; education, health reform, Christian living, The Great Controversy theme and practical godliness. Education is one of five major themes in the Spirit of Prophecy, and Ellen White was as much a biblical prophet as every prophet noted in God’s Word. Among other things, this means her life is an example of and for the one hundred and forty-four thousand. Before anyone thinks that Christ alone is to be our example; Paul states:
Muaj tsib lub ntsiab lus loj hauv Ellen White tej kev sau tseg; kev kawm, kev kho dua tshiab hauv kev noj qab haus huv, kev ua neej Khetos, lub ntsiab lus hais txog Kev Sib Tawm Tsam Loj, thiab kev ua neeg dawb huv hauv lub neej niaj hnub. Kev kawm yog ib qho ntawm tsib lub ntsiab lus loj hauv Tus Ntsuj Plig Saib Yav Tom Ntej, thiab Ellen White yog ib tug yaj saub raws Vajlugkub ib yam li txhua tus yaj saub uas raug hais tseg hauv Vajtswv Txojlus. Ntawm lwm yam, qhov no txhais tias nws lub neej yog ib tug qauv ntawm thiab rau ib puas plaub caug plaub txhiab leej. Ua ntej ib tug twg yuav xav tias tsuas yog Khetos xwb thiaj yuav tsum yog peb tus qauv; Povlauj hais tias:
For though ye have ten thousand instructors in Christ, yet have ye not many fathers: for in Christ Jesus I have begotten you through the gospel. Wherefore I beseech you, be ye followers of me. 1 Corinthians 4:15, 16.
Txawm yog nej muaj kaum txhiab tus xibhwb qhia hauv Khetos, los nej yeej tsis muaj ntau leej txiv; vim hauv Khetos Yexus kuv tau yug nej los ntawm txoj moo zoo. Yog li ntawd kuv thov ntuas nej, nej cia li ua raws kuv. 1 Khaulee 4:15, 16
As a prophet Ellen White is an example. There was only one time that Ellen White accepted the role as a board member, and that time was with the formation of a college that embraced the principles of true education as set forth as one of the five major themes of her ministry. That college in Madison, Tennessee is located within the metropolitan district of Nashville, Tennessee. Not only did she agree to be on the founding board of Madison college from 1904 until a year before her death in 1915, she was instrumental in selecting the land where the college was established. Nashville is the center of the Greek educational system that helped to prevent the Jews from accepting their Messiah in the history of the Maccabees, who typify the apostate Protestantism of the times in which we now live. The line of the Maccabees is firmly set forth in the hidden history of verse forty, representing the apostate Protestantism that has now been fully indoctrinated with the very same, (though a modern version) destructive fruits of Greek education.
Raws li ib tug yaj saub, Ellen White yog ib qho piv txwv. Tsuas muaj ib zaug xwb uas Ellen White tau lees txais txoj hauj lwm ua ib tug tswv cuab ntawm pawg thawj coj, thiab zaug ntawd yog thaum tsim ib lub tsev kawm qib siab uas tuav rawv tej hauv paus ntsiab lus ntawm txoj kev kawm tseeb raws li tau muab nthuav tawm ua ib qho ntawm tsib lub ntsiab tseem ceeb ntawm nws txoj hauj lwm qhuab qhia. Lub tsev kawm qib siab ntawd nyob hauv Madison, Tennessee, thiab nyob hauv cheeb tsam nroog loj ntawm Nashville, Tennessee. Tsis yog nws tsuas pom zoo los nyob hauv pawg thawj coj tsim Madison college txij xyoo 1904 mus txog ib xyoos ua ntej nws tuag xyoo 1915 xwb, nws kuj yog tus muaj feem tseem ceeb hauv kev xaiv thaj av uas lub tsev kawm qib siab ntawd tau raug tsim tsa rau. Nashville yog lub chaw nruab nrab ntawm Greek txoj kev kawm uas tau pab tiv thaiv cov Yudais kom txhob lees txais lawv tus Mexiyas hauv keeb kwm ntawm cov Maccabees, uas yog ib daim qauv qhia txog Protestantism tus thim txoj kev ntseeg hauv lub sijhawm uas peb tam sim no nyob. Kab ke ntawm cov Maccabees raug nthuav tawm kom ruaj khov nyob rau hauv keeb kwm zais ntawm nqe plaub caug, sawv cev rau Protestantism tus thim txoj kev ntseeg uas nim no twb raug qhia ntxaws ntxaws tag nrho los ntawm tib cov txiv hmab txiv ntoo phem rhuav tshem ntawm Greek txoj kev kawm, txawm yog nyob hauv ib daim qauv tshiab niaj hnub no los xij.
In the third generation of Adventism, the leadership that had rejected the Spirit of Prophecy in 1888, chose to turn their educational system over to the accreditation structure of the world. Nashville represents the symbolic center of both true and false education. The prophet selected the same city that the world selected to enshrine Greek education, for unlike Greek education that is based upon separating truth into isolated subjects to destroy the whole. True education is the foundational basis of Sister White’s other four primary themes of health reform, practical godliness, Christian living, and especially the theme of The Great Controversy.
Hauv tiam thib peb ntawm Adventism, cov thawj coj uas tau tsis lees txais Tus Ntsuj Plig ntawm Lus Qhia Yaj Saub nyob rau xyoo 1888, tau xaiv muab lawv txoj kev kawm cob qhia tag nrho rau hauv qab txoj kev lees paub ntawm lub ntiaj teb no. Nashville sawv cev rau lub chaw nruab nrab ua cim ntawm ob txoj kev kawm tseeb thiab txoj kev kawm cuav. Tus yaj saub tau xaiv tib lub nroog uas lub ntiaj teb tau xaiv los tsa Greek kev kawm ua ib yam dawb huv, rau qhov Greek kev kawm ntawd yog tsim rau saum lub hauv paus ntawm kev cais qhov tseeb ua tej yam kawm nyias nyob nyias kom rhuav tshem tag nrho. Txoj kev kawm tseeb yog lub hauv paus tseem ceeb uas txhawb Niam Laus White lwm plaub lub ntsiab lus thawj, uas yog kev kho kom zoo rau kev noj qab haus huv, kev ua neeg dawb huv hauv kev xyaum, kev ua neej Khixatia, thiab tshwj xeeb tshaj yog lub ntsiab lus ntawm The Great Controversy.
Jesus always illustrates the end with the beginning, and the test in the Garden of Eden illustrates the test the world is now being confronted with. The test at the end is the same as every biblical test, for God never changes. A biblical test is a three-step testing process that produces two classes that are manifested at the end of the testing process. The first angel expresses the three steps as fearing God, giving Him glory, for the hour of the litmus test of judgment is come. The first step was the command not to eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Lacking the necessary fear of God, Eve failed the test of the tree and ate the fruit represented as both good and evil. Adam’s fear of God did not prevent him from entering into the rebellion of the tree, and judgment was brought upon them both, as they manifested a life without the abiding presence of Divinity.
Yexus ib txwm siv qhov pib los ua piv txwv qhia txog qhov kawg, thiab qhov kev sim hauv Lub Vaj Edees yog ib qho piv txwv qhia txog qhov kev sim uas tam sim no ntiajteb tab tom raug ntsib. Qhov kev sim thaum kawg yog tib yam li txhua qhov kev sim hauv phau Vajlugkub, rau qhov Vajtswv yeej tsis hloov. Ib qho kev sim hauv phau Vajlugkub yog ib txoj txheej txheem sim peb kauj ruam uas tsim muaj ob pab neeg, uas raug nthuav tawm thaum kawg ntawm txoj txheej txheem sim ntawd. Tus timtswv thawj qhia peb kauj ruam ntawd tias yog kev ntshai Vajtswv, muab yeeb koob rau Nws, rau qhov teev ntawm txoj kev sim txheeb xyuas ntawm txoj kev txiav txim twb los txog lawm. Kauj ruam thawj yog lo lus txib kom tsis txhob noj ntawm tsob ntoo uas paub qhov zoo thiab qhov phem. Vim tsis muaj qhov kev ntshai Vajtswv uas tsim nyog, Evas thiaj poob rau qhov kev sim ntawm tsob ntoo thiab tau noj cov txiv uas sawv cev rau ob yam tib si, qhov zoo thiab qhov phem. Adas txoj kev ntshai Vajtswv tsis tau txwv nws kom tsis txhob nkag mus rau hauv txoj kev ntxeev siab ntawm tsob ntoo ntawd, thiab txoj kev txiav txim thiaj raug coj los rau saum nkawd ob leeg, raws li nkawd tau nthuav tawm ib lub neej uas tsis muaj qhov muaj nyob ruaj khov ntawm Leej Tswv Ntuj.
The test of the last days begins with a warning to eat the increase of knowledge that is unsealed in the revelation of Jesus Christ just before mankind’s probation comes to its end. Whether with Adventism or those outside of Adventism, the test is based upon the reception of, or the rejection of the increase of “knowledge” that is unsealed in our time. That test of knowledge is represented by the Garden’s tree of testing, that represents knowledge of either good or evil. True education was located and symbolized in Nashville, Tennessee in 1904, and false education was located and symbolized in Nashville in 1897, then re-built as a permanent structure in 1920. In the life of the prophetess true education was enshrined in Nashville, and false education was also enshrined. After her death in 1915 false education was restored in the second and permanent construction of the Parthenon temple, and true education was rejected through compromise with the world by the leadership of the Laodicean Seventh-day Adventist church.
Qhov kev sim ntawm hnub kawg pib nrog ib lo lus ceeb toom kom noj qhov kev nce ntxiv ntawm kev paub uas raug qhib foob rau hauv kev tshwm sim ntawm Yexus Khetos, tam sim ua ntej lub sijhawm sim siab ntawm noob neej los txog rau nws qhov kawg. Txawm nyob hauv Adventism los yog cov uas nyob sab nraud Adventism, qhov kev sim ntawd yog raws li kev txais yuav, los sis kev tsis lees txais, qhov kev nce ntxiv ntawm “kev paub” uas raug qhib foob nyob rau hauv peb tiam. Qhov kev sim ntawm kev paub ntawd raug sawv cev los ntawm tsob ntoo ntawm kev sim nyob hauv Lub Vaj, uas sawv cev rau kev paub txog qhov zoo lossis qhov phem. Kev kawm tseeb raug tsa nyob thiab raug ua cim hauv Nashville, Tennessee, xyoo 1904, hos kev kawm cuav raug tsa nyob thiab raug ua cim hauv Nashville xyoo 1897, ces rov tsim dua ua ib lub tsev ruaj khov nyob xyoo 1920. Hauv lub neej ntawm tus yaj saub poj niam, kev kawm tseeb raug khaws cia ua yam dawb huv hauv Nashville, thiab kev kawm cuav kuj raug khaws cia ua yam dawb huv thiab. Tom qab nws txoj kev tuag xyoo 1915, kev kawm cuav raug kho rov qab los rau hauv qhov kev tsim tsa zaum ob thiab ruaj khov ntawm lub tuam tsev Parthenon, hos kev kawm tseeb raug tsis lees txais los ntawm kev sib haum xeeb nrog lub ntiajteb no los ntawm cov thawj coj ntawm pawg ntseeg Laodicea Seventh-day Adventist.
Nashville’s nickname, the “Athens of the South”, influenced the choice of the building as the centerpiece of the 1897 Centennial Exposition. A number of buildings at the exposition were based on ancient originals. However, the Parthenon was the only one that was an exact reproduction. Today’s Nashville, Tennessee, is famous for its music, but before there was the Johnny Cash Museum, Nashville was famous for its education, not singing.
Lub npe menyuam yaus ntawm Nashville, “Athens of the South,” tau muaj feem cuam tshuam rau kev xaiv lub tsev ntawd los ua lub ntsiab chaw tseem ceeb ntawm 1897 Centennial Exposition. Muaj ntau lub tsev hauv qhov kev nthuav qhia ntawd uas tau ua raws li cov qauv qub thaum ub. Txawm li cas los xij, tsuas yog lub Parthenon xwb thiaj yog ib daim qauv rov ua dua tshiab uas raug raws nraim li tus qub. Nashville, Tennessee, niaj hnub no muaj npe nrov rau nws cov suab paj nruag, tiam sis ua ntej muaj Johnny Cash Museum, Nashville twb muaj npe nrov rau nws txoj kev kawm, tsis yog rau kev hu nkauj.
By the 1850s, Nashville had already earned the nickname of the “Athens of the South” by having established numerous higher education institutions; it was the first American southern city to establish a public school system. By the end of the century, Nashville would see Fisk University, St. Cecilia Academy, Montgomery Bell Academy, Meharry Medical College, Belmont University, and Vanderbilt University all open their doors. At the time, Nashville was known to be one of the most refined and educated cities of the south, filled with wealth and culture.
Txog rau xyoo 1850s, Nashville twb tau txais lub npe hu ua “Athens of the South” lawm vim nws tau tsim muaj ntau lub tsev kawm ntawv qib siab thiab qib siab dua; nws yog thawj lub nroog nyob sab qab teb hauv Asmeskas uas tau tsim ib txoj kev kawm ntawv pej xeem. Txog thaum kawg ntawm lub xyoo pua ntawd, Nashville yuav pom Fisk University, St. Cecilia Academy, Montgomery Bell Academy, Meharry Medical College, Belmont University, thiab Vanderbilt University qhib lawv lub qhov rooj tag nrho. Nyob rau lub sijhawm ntawd, Nashville raug paub tias yog ib lub nroog nyob sab qab teb uas muaj kev txawj ntse thiab kev kawm siab tshaj plaws, puv npo nrog kev nplua nuj thiab kab lis kev cai.
The mystery of iniquity is both a noun and a verb in the inspired Word. Inspiration identifies Satan, and the pope, who Sister White calls Satan’s “right hand man,” as the mystery of iniquity. Yet the “mystery of iniquity” also describes the amalgamation of truth and error. Joel’s four generations of apostasy aligns with Ezekiel chapter eight’s four escalating abominations. Those two witnesses align with the first four churches of Revelation, and the third church is represented by Constantine’s compromise of Christianity combined with paganism. Those first four churches align with the history of ancient Israel, that symbolizes modern Israel’s history.
Qhov paub tsis meej ntawm kev tsis ncaj ncees yog tib si ib lub npe thiab ib qho kev ua hauv Lo Lus uas raug tshoov siab. Kev tshoov siab qhia tias Xatas, thiab tus pope, uas Sister White hu ua Xatas tus “txiv neej sab tes xis,” yog qhov paub tsis meej ntawm kev tsis ncaj ncees. Txawm li ntawd los, “qhov paub tsis meej ntawm kev tsis ncaj ncees” kuj piav txog kev sib xyaw ua ke ntawm qhov tseeb thiab kev yuam kev. Yau-ees plaub tiam ntawm kev thim txoj kev ntseeg sib haum nrog Exekees tshooj yim plaub qhov qias neeg uas nce zuj zus. Ob tug tim khawv ntawd sib haum nrog thawj plaub pawg ntseeg hauv Phau Tshwm Sim, thiab pawg ntseeg thib peb raug sawv cev los ntawm Constantine txoj kev sib hais kom haum ntawm kev ntseeg Khetos ua ke nrog kev pe hawm dab mlom. Thawj plaub pawg ntseeg ntawd sib haum nrog keeb kwm ntawm Ixayees thaum ub, uas ua cim rau keeb kwm ntawm Ixayees niaj hnub nim no.
In the third generation of ancient Israel, the kings of Israel formed alliances with the other nations that were never to be brought into alliance with God’s people. The parallel of ancient literal Israel and the Christian church as set forth in the book of Revelation is a prophetic subject set forth clearly in the study titled, Habakkuk’s Tables. Joel aligns the fourth and final generation who are “cut off” from being God’s chosen covenant people with the twenty-five elders who are bowing to the sun in Ezekiel’s four escalating abominations. That fourth generation where Laodicean Seventh-day Adventism is cut off as they bow to the sun at the Sunday law, aligns with the fourth church of Thyatira that symbolizes the reign of the papacy at either 538 or the soon-coming Sunday law. The third church of Pergamos represents “compromise” whether ancient Israel aligning with pagan kingdoms, or Constantine combining paganism with Christianity, and those two witnesses address the third generation of the earth beast of Revelation thirteen.
Hauv tiam thib peb ntawm cov Yixayee txheej thaum ub, cov vajntxwv ntawm cov Yixayee tau tsim kev sib koom tes nrog lwm haiv neeg uas yeej tsis tau raug tso cai kom coj los koom nrog Vajtswv haiv neeg. Qhov uas cov Yixayee txheej thaum ub tiag tiag sib phim nrog pawg ntseeg Khixatia, raws li tau muab nthuav tawm hauv phau Ntawv Qhia Tshwm, yog ib qho ntsiab lus yaj saub uas tau muab nthuav tawm meej nyob hauv zaj kev kawm hu ua, Habakkuk’s Tables. Yau-ees muab tiam thib plaub thiab tiam kawg uas raug “txiav tawm” ntawm qhov uas yuav ua Vajtswv haiv neeg uas Nws xaiv los nyob hauv Nws txoj kev cog lus, los phim nrog nees nkaum tsib tug txwj laus uas tab tom pe hawm lub hnub hauv Exekees plaub yam kev qias neeg uas nce zuj zus. Tiam thib plaub ntawd, uas Kev Ntseeg Xya-hnub Adven-tis Laodikea raug txiav tawm thaum lawv pe hawm lub hnub ntawm txoj cai Hnub Caiv, sib phim nrog pawg ntseeg thib plaub uas yog Thyatira, uas ua cim rau kev kav ntawm lub hwjchim papacy thaum xyoo 538 los sis ntawm txoj cai Hnub Caiv uas yuav los sai no. Pawg ntseeg thib peb ntawm Pergamos sawv cev rau “kev sib haum xeeb los ntawm kev txo hwjchim tseeb” txawm yog cov Yixayee txheej thaum ub koom tes nrog tej tebchaws pe mlom, los sis Constantine muab kev pe mlom los xyaw nrog Kev Ntseeg Khixatia, thiab ob tug timkhawv ntawd hais ncaj qha rau tiam thib peb ntawm tus tsiaj qus hauv ntiajteb ntawm Tshwm Sim tshooj kaum peb.
The four generations of the United States, who among other truths was typified by Egypt during the bondage of 400/430 years, that concluded with Pharaoh drowning in the waters of the Red Sea. Those waters marked the end of the nation that was to be judged when God brought about deliverance for ancient Israel through the prophet Moses. The United States is judged in the period of time that judgment concludes upon God’s church, so it is to be noted that the water that ended the life of Pharaoh was brought upon Pharaoh by the release of the east wind that had been holding the waters in place as God delivered His chosen people. The east wind is the third woe that strikes at the Sunday law when the earthquake of Revelation eleven arrives.
Plaub tiam ntawm Tebchaws Meskas, uas nyob hauv lwm yam tseeb tau raug muab ua piv txwv los ntawm tim lyiv teb chaws thaum lub sijhawm ua qhev 400/430 xyoos, uas tau xaus nrog Falau poob dej tuag hauv cov dej hiav txwv Liab. Cov dej ntawd cim txog qhov kawg ntawm haiv neeg uas yuav raug txiav txim thaum Vajtswv coj txoj kev cawm dim los rau cov Yixayee thaum ub los ntawm tus yaj saub Mauxes. Tebchaws Meskas raug txiav txim nyob hauv lub sijhawm uas txoj kev txiav txim xaus rau saum Vajtswv lub koom txoos, yog li ntawd yuav tsum nco tseg tias cov dej uas xaus Falau txoj sia tau los rau saum Falau vim txoj cua tuaj sab hnub tuaj raug tso tawm, uas tau khaws cov dej kom nyob ruaj hauv chaw thaum Vajtswv cawm Nws haiv neeg uas Nws tau xaiv. Txoj cua sab hnub tuaj yog kev puas tsuaj thib peb uas ntaus rau txoj cai hnub Sunday thaum av qeeg ntawm Tshwm Sim tshooj kaum ib los txog.
The generation that precedes the fourth and final generation of the earth beast is fulfilled on both the Republican and Protestant horns. The compromise of the Republican horn that was accomplished in its third generation occurred in the period surrounding the first world war, and it marked the United States turning its economic structure over to the globalists of the Federal Reserve. In that same period Laodicean Seventh-day Adventism sought to have its medical and educational work “accredited” by the standards of worldly education and medicine. As a verb the “mystery of iniquity” represents the compromise of Constantine and the kings of ancient Israel with the powers of the world. The word used by inspiration to describe the compromise is “amalgamation,” as defined in the dictionary of Ellen White’s time as; "to mix or unite in an amalgam; to blend." The tree of the knowledge of good and evil is the tree of amalgamation, the tree of compromise. “The last mighty conflict,” is the Sunday law crisis, and Satan’s preparation for that crisis is “the mystery of iniquity,” that blends human wisdom with Divine revelation.
Tiam uas ua ntej tiam plaub thiab tiam kawg ntawm tus tsiaj ntawm lub ntiaj teb no raug ua kom tiav rau ob tug kub ntawm Republican thiab Protestant. Kev sib haum xeeb ntawm lub kub Republican uas tau ua tiav hauv nws tiam thib peb tau tshwm sim nyob rau lub sijhawm puag ncig thawj tsov rog ntiaj teb, thiab nws tau cim txog thaum Tebchaws Meskas muab nws txoj kev tsim kho nyiaj txiag rau cov neeg ntiajteb thoob qab ntuj ntawm Federal Reserve. Nyob rau tib lub sijhawm ntawd Laodicean Seventh-day Adventism tau nrhiav kom nws txoj hauj lwm kho mob thiab kev kawm raug “lees paub” raws li cov qauv ntawm kev kawm thiab kev kho mob hauv ntiajteb. Raws li ib lo lus qhia txog kev ua, “the mystery of iniquity” sawv cev rau kev sib haum xeeb ntawm Constantine thiab cov vajntxwv ntawm cov Yixayee thaum ub nrog lub hwj chim ntawm lub ntiajteb. Lo lus uas kev tshoov siab tau siv los piav txog txoj kev sib haum xeeb ntawd yog “amalgamation,” raws li tau txhais hauv phau ntawv txhais lus nyob rau Ellen White lub sijhawm hais tias; “to mix or unite in an amalgam; to blend.” Tsob ntoo ntawm kev paub qhov zoo thiab qhov phem yog tsob ntoo ntawm amalgamation, yog tsob ntoo ntawm kev sib haum xeeb. “The last mighty conflict,” yog txoj kev kub ntxhov ntawm txoj cai Sunday, thiab Xatas txoj kev npaj rau txoj kev kub ntxhov ntawd yog “the mystery of iniquity,” uas muab tibneeg lub tswv yim sib tov nrog txoj kev tshwm sim los saum ntuj los.
“Satan is busily laying his plans for the last mighty conflict, when all will take sides....
“Xatas tab tom rau siab ntso npaj nws tej kev npaj rau qhov kev sib tawm tsam loj kawg nkaus zaum kawg, thaum txhua tus yuav xaiv sawv ib tog....”
“Listen to the voices, mark the powers, that prevail in the world. Is there any voice of prayer? Do you see any sign that God is recognized? There are priests, plenty of them; but they are trampling under their feet the law of Jehovah. Their garments are stained with the blood of souls. Multitudes are sacrificing to devils. Look, you who are hesitating between obedience and disobedience. Look in imagination at the vast multitudes worshipping at Satan’s altar. Listen to the music, to the language, called higher education. But what does God declare it?—The mystery of iniquity.” Pamphlets, 004, 11.
“Mloog tej suab, cim tseg tej hwjchim uas muaj zog yeej nthuav hauv lub ntiajteb. Puas muaj ib lub suab thov Vajtswv? Nej puas pom ib qho cim twg uas qhia tias neeg lees paub Vajtswv? Muaj cov pov thawj, coob heev; tiamsis lawv tab tom tsuj txoj kevcai ntawm Yehauvas rau hauv qab lawv ko taw. Lawv tej tsoos tsho raug qias los ntawm cov ntshav ntawm tej ntsujplig. Muaj neeg coob coob tab tom txi rau dab. Saib maj, nej cov uas tseem tab tom yig yees nruab nrab ntawm kev mloog lus thiab kev tsis mloog lus. Hauv kev xav, saib cov neeg coob coob uas dav kawg tab tom pehawm ntawm Xatas lub thaj txi. Mloog tej suab nkauj, thiab tej lus uas hu ua kev kawm siab dua. Tiamsis Vajtswv tshaj tawm nws tias yog dabtsi?—Qhov tsisceebtsheej ntawm kev phem.” Pamphlets, 004, 11.
In the last conflict, when “all will take sides” the test of the Garden of Eden is repeated. The test that in the beginning was isolated to a tree in the middle of a garden, is repeated at the end, in the entire world. Satan's work in advance of the final battle is “the mystery of iniquity,” which is defined as “higher education!” The symbol of “higher education” in the land of the earth beast is found in Nashville, Tennessee, the ‘Athens of the South,’ where the Parthenon temple is located in contrast with the true education once represented in Nashville by Madison College. The following statement from inspiration is cited in its entirety at the end of this article, but a few points should be considered at this point.
Nyob rau hauv qhov kev tsis sib haum kawg, thaum “sawv daws yuav xaiv ib tog,” txoj kev sim siab ntawm Lub Vaj Edees raug rov ua dua. Txoj kev sim siab uas thaum chiv keeb raug txwv cia rau ib tsob ntoo nyob nruab nrab ntawm ib lub vaj, raug rov ua dua thaum kawg, thoob plaws lub ntiaj teb tag nrho. Tes haujlwm uas Xatas ua ua ntej rau qhov kev sib ntaus kawg yog “yam tsis paub meej ntawm kev tsis ncaj,” uas raug txhais tias yog “kev kawm qib siab dua!” Lub cim ntawm “kev kawm qib siab dua” hauv thaj av ntawm tus tsiaj qus hauv ntiaj teb raug pom nyob hauv Nashville, Tennessee, uas yog ‘Athens ntawm Sab Qab Teb,’ qhov chaw uas lub tuam tsev Parthenon nyob, sawv sib txawv nrog txoj kev kawm tseeb uas ib zaug raug sawv cev hauv Nashville los ntawm Madison College. Cov lus hauv qab no los ntawm kev tshoov siab raug hais tawm tag nrho rau tom kawg ntawm zaj lus no, tiam sis muaj ob peb lub ntsiab lus uas yuav tsum raug xav txog rau lub sij hawm no.
“All need wisdom carefully to search out the mystery of iniquity that figures so largely in the winding up of this earth’s history....
“Txhua tus puav leej puav tus xav tau kev txawj ntse kom ua tib zoo tshawb nrhiav txog qhov tsis paub tob ntawm kev tsis ncaj ncees, uas muaj feem loj heev nyob rau hauv kev xaus ntawm keeb kwm ntiajteb no....”
“There is no middle path to Paradise restored. The message given to man for these last days is not to become amalgamated with human devising....
“Tsis muaj ib txoj kev nruab nrab mus rau lub Vaj Kaj Siab uas raug tsim kho rov qab los. Txoj xov uas tau muab rau tibneeg rau cov hnub kawg no tsis yog kom raug muab sib xyaw nrog tibneeg tej kev txawj xav tsim los....”
“Those whom God has exalted to high positions of trust may turn from heaven’s light to human wisdom.... All who would possess a character that would make them laborers together with God and receive the commendation of God, must separate themselves from the enemies of God, and maintain the truth which Christ gave to John to give to the world.” Manuscript Releases, volume 18, 30–36.
“Cov uas Vajtswv tau tsa kom nyob hauv tej chaw siab uas muaj kev ntseeg siab tso rau lawv, tej zaum yuav tig ntawm lub ntuj ceeb tsheej txoj kev kaj mus rau tibneeg txoj kev txawj ntse.... Txhua tus uas xav kom muaj tus cwj pwm uas yuav ua rau lawv los ua cov neeg ua hauj lwm koom nrog Vajtswv thiab tau txais Vajtswv txoj kev qhuas, yuav tsum cais lawv tus kheej tawm ntawm Vajtswv cov yeeb ncuab, thiab tuav rawv qhov tseeb uas Khetos tau muab rau Yauhas kom muab rau lub ntiaj teb.” Manuscript Releases, volume 18, 30–36.
The “all” who need “wisdom” represents all who are brought into a testing process that ultimately produces two classes of worshippers. The “wise” are those who secure the needed “wisdom.” The testing process begins when the revelation of Jesus Christ is unsealed, just before the close of human probation. That unsealing begins an “increase of knowledge.” Those who are confronted with the test associated with the revelation of Jesus Christ will secure the “oil” of prophetic knowledge designed to guide, prepare and sanctify in advance of the arrival of the east wind at the Sunday law. The “tree of knowledge of good and evil” is the symbol of the counterfeit Bread of Heaven that is to be eaten or rejected.
Cov “txhua tus” uas xav tau “kev txawj ntse” sawv cev rau txhua tus uas raug coj los rau hauv ib txoj txheej txheem ntawm kev sim siab uas thaum kawg tsim muaj ob pab neeg pe hawm. Cov “txawj ntse” yog cov uas tau txais “kev txawj ntse” uas yuav tsum muaj. Txoj txheej txheem sim siab ntawd pib thaum txoj kev tshwm sim ntawm Yexus Khetos raug qhib tawm, me ntsis ua ntej lub sijhawm uas tibneeg txoj kev sim siab yuav kaw. Qhov kev qhib tawm ntawd pib ib qho “kev paub nce ntxiv.” Cov uas raug ntsib txoj kev sim siab uas txuas nrog txoj kev tshwm sim ntawm Yexus Khetos yuav tau txais “roj” ntawm txoj kev paub txog yaj saub uas raug npaj los coj, los npaj, thiab los ua kom dawb huv ua ntej cua tuaj sab hnub tuaj tuaj txog thaum txoj cai hnub Sunday. “Tsob ntoo paub qhov zoo thiab qhov phem” yog lub cim ntawm Cij Cuav los saum ntuj uas yuav tsum raug noj los yog raug tsis lees txais.
In Galilee, at the synagogue of Capernaum Jesus lost more followers at one incident than any other time in His ministry. There the test was whether the prophetic words of Christ were literal or spiritual, and those who failed the test, failed—for they forgot that man is to live by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God. Christ had stated clearly that He was the Bread sent down from heaven and those who failed the test had blended Truth with human wisdom, represented by the Greeks.
Hauv Kalilais, hauv lub tsev teev ntuj ntawm Khaunpaunaoos, Yexus poob cov thwjtim coob dua hauv ib zaug xwm txheej ntawd tshaj txhua lub sijhawm hauv Nws txoj hauj lwm qhuab qhia. Nyob ntawd qhov kev sim yog saib seb cov lus cev vaj lug kub ntawm Khetos puas yog raws nraim li hais los yog yog sab ntsuj plig, thiab cov uas swb qhov kev sim ntawd, lawv swb—vim lawv tau hnov qab tias neeg yuav tsum ciaj sia los ntawm txhua lo lus uas tawm ntawm Vajtswv lub qhov ncauj los. Khetos tau hais meej tias Nws yog Mov ci uas raug xa nqes saum ntuj los, thiab cov uas swb qhov kev sim ntawd tau muab Qhov Tseeb tov nrog tib neeg txoj kev txawj ntse, uas cov Kili qhia sawv cev.
Before Eve began the failure of the garden, Christ had instructed both Adam and Eve to not partake of the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil. The first of the three steps of the everlasting gospel is the fear of God.
Ua ntej Evas pib qhov kev poob ntawm lub vaj, Khetos twb qhia rau nkawd ob leeg, Adas thiab Evas, kom tsis txhob noj ntawm tsob ntoo uas yog kev paub qhov zoo thiab qhov phem. Thawj kauj ruam ntawm peb kauj ruam ntawm txoj moo zoo nyob mus ib txhis yog kev ntshai Vajtswv.
“Let the mind grasp the stupendous truths of revelation, and it will never be content to employ its powers upon frivolous themes; it will turn with disgust from the trashy literature and idle amusements that are demoralizing the youth of today. Those who have communed with the poets and sages of the Bible, and whose souls have been stirred by the glorious deeds of the heroes of faith, will come from the rich fields of thought far more pure in heart and elevated in mind than if they had been occupied in studying the most celebrated secular authors, or in contemplating and glorifying the exploits of the Pharaohs and Herods and Caesars of the world.
“Cia lub siab tuav nkag siab tej qhov tseeb loj kawg uas yog los ntawm kev tshwm sim los, ces nws yuav tsis txaus siab siv nws tej peev xwm rau tej ntsiab lus uas tsis muaj nqis; nws yuav tig mus deb nrog kev qias siab ntawm tej ntawv nyeem tsis tsim txiaj thiab tej kev lom zem khib lav uas tab tom ua rau cov hluas niaj hnub no poob kev ncaj ncees. Cov uas tau nrog cov kws paj huam thiab cov neeg txawj ntse hauv Phau Vajlugkub sib raug zoo, thiab cov uas lawv tus ntsuj plig tau raug txhawb los ntawm tej hauj lwm uas muaj hwjchim ci ntsa iab ntawm cov phab ej ntawm txojkev ntseeg, yuav tawm hauv tej teb nplua nuj ntawm kev xav los nrog lub siab huv dua thiab lub hlwb siab dua, tshaj li yog lawv tau mob siab kawm txog cov kws sau ntawv ntiajteb uas nto npe tshaj plaws, lossis tau xav txog thiab qhuas tej kev ua loj ntawm cov Falau thiab Herodes thiab Xixas ntawm lub ntiajteb.”
“The powers of the youth are mostly dormant, because they do not make the fear of God the beginning of wisdom. The Lord gave Daniel wisdom and knowledge, because he would not be influenced by any power that would interfere with his religious principles. The reason why we have so few men of mind, of stability and solid worth, is that they think to find greatness while disconnecting from Heaven.” Messages to Young People, 255, 256.
“Cov peev xwm ntawm cov hluas feem coob tseem tsaug zog, vim lawv tsis ua kom txoj kev ntshai Vajtswv yog qhov pib ntawm kev txawj ntse. Tus Tswv tau pub rau Daniyees muaj kev txawj ntse thiab kev paub, vim nws tsis kam cia ib lub hwj chim twg los cuam tshuam nws tej ntsiab cai kev ntseeg. Qhov uas peb muaj neeg txawj xav, neeg ruaj khov, thiab neeg muaj nqes muaj nqis tiag tsawg ua luaj, yog vim lawv xav nrhiav kev loj hlob thaum txiav kev sib raug zoo nrog Saum Ntuj Ceeb Tsheej.” Messages to Young People, 255, 256.
Eve lost her “fear of God.” She should have trembled at the words of God, which is an attribute of the one hundred and forty-four thousand. The fear of God is the first of three tests, and it begins when the prophetic Word is unsealed, ultimately producing a class of wise and a class of foolish. The beginning for those who are destined to be wise is to tremble at God’s Word. Eve did not do this, and when confronted with the second step of the testing process she was unable to give God glory, and then was confronted with the hour of judgment where she manifested the nakedness of Laodicea.
Eva poob nws “txoj kev ntshai Vajtswv.” Nws tsim nyog yuav tsum tau tshee hnyo ntawm Vajtswv tej lus, uas yog ib qho cim tshwj xeeb ntawm ib puas plaub caug plaub txhiab leej. Txoj kev ntshai Vajtswv yog thawj qhov ntawm peb qho kev sim siab, thiab nws pib thaum Lo Lus cev Vajtswv lus raug qhib tawm, thaum kawg ua rau muaj ib pawg neeg txawj ntse thiab ib pawg neeg ruam. Qhov pib rau cov uas raug teem tseg kom txawj ntse yog kom tshee hnyo ntawm Vajtswv Lo Lus. Eva tsis tau ua li ntawd, thiab thaum nws raug ntsib nrog theem ob ntawm txoj kev sim siab nws tsis muaj peev xwm qhuas Vajtswv, ces nws thiaj raug ntsib nrog lub sijhawm txiav txim, qhov chaw uas nws tau nthuav tawm txoj kev liab qab ntawm Laodicea.
“All who would perfect a Christian character must wear the yoke of Christ. If they would sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus, they must learn of Him while on this earth. Christ pleased not Himself. The whole of His life was the development of a pure, disinterested benevolence. He assumed human nature to demonstrate to the fallen world, to Satan and his synagogue, to the universe of heaven, to the worlds unfallen, that human nature, united with His divine nature, could become entirely obedient to the law of God. All need to enquire, ‘What must I do to be saved?’ God requires humble, contrite hearts, that tremble at His word. It is only from the divine altar that we can receive the celestial torch, which, when received, will give us a full view of our incompetence, and reveal to us the dignity and glory of Christ. When this is seen, God places us under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, and it will lead us into all truth.” Bible Echo, July 20, 1896.
“Txhua tus uas yuav ua kom tus cwj pwm Khetos Yexus tiav txhij yuav tsum ris lub quab ntawm Khetos. Yog lawv xav zaum ua ke hauv tej chaw saum ntuj hauv Khetos Yexus, lawv yuav tsum kawm ntawm Nws thaum tseem nyob hauv lub ntiajteb no. Khetos tsis nrhiav kom txaus siab rau Nws tus kheej. Tag nrho Nws lub neej yog kev loj hlob ntawm ib txoj kev ua siab dawb huv, dawb paug, uas tsis nrhiav nws tus kheej li. Nws tau txais lub cev nqaij daim tawv tibneeg los qhia rau lub ntiajteb uas poob lawm, rau Xatas thiab nws lub tsev pe hawm, rau lub ntuj ceeb tsheej tag nrho, rau cov ntiajteb uas tsis tau poob, tias tibneeg lub cev nqaij daim tawv, thaum koom nrog Nws lub ntuj tsim los, yuav muaj peev xwm mloog lus rau Vajtswv txoj kevcai kom tiav npo. Txhua tus yuav tsum nug tias, ‘Kuv yuav tsum ua dabtsi thiaj dim?’ Vajtswv yuav tsum tau tej siab txo hwjchim, siab tawg, uas tshee hnyo ntawm Nws lo lus. Tsuas yog ntawm lub thaj txi ntuj los xwb peb thiaj tau txais tau lub teeb hlaws saum ntuj ceeb tsheej, uas thaum peb txais lawm, yuav pub rau peb pom meej tag nrho peb txoj kev tsis muaj peev xwm, thiab yuav qhia rau peb pom Khetos lub meejmom thiab lub hwjchim ci ntsa iab. Thaum pom li ntawd lawm, Vajtswv tso peb nyob hauv tus Vaj Ntsuj Plig Dawb Huv txoj kev coj, thiab Nws yuav coj peb mus rau hauv txhua yam kev tseeb.” Bible Echo, July 20, 1896.
The amalgamation of truth and error is the work of Satan which is identified as the mystery of iniquity. The compromise of all mankind in the final movements of the investigative judgment is enshrined in the Parthenon temple in Nashville, Tennessee.
Kev sib tov ua ke ntawm qhov tseeb thiab qhov yuam kev yog Dab Ntxwg Nyoog tes hauj lwm, uas raug txheeb xyuas tias yog txoj kev paub tsis meej ntawm kev tsis ncaj. Kev taug kev nruab nrab ntawm tibneeg sawv daws hauv tej kev txav kawg ntawm txoj kev txiav txim xyuas yog raug tsa ua cim cia rau hauv lub tuam tsev Parthenon hauv Nashville, Tennessee.
“It is not wise to send our youth to universities where they devote their time to gaining a knowledge of Greek and Latin, while their heads and hearts are being filled with the sentiments of the infidel authors whom they study in order to master these languages. They gain a knowledge that is not at all necessary, or in harmony with the lessons of the great Teacher. Generally those educated in this way have much self-esteem. They think they have reached the height of higher education, and carry themselves proudly, as though they were no longer learners. They are spoiled for the service of God. The time, means, and study that many have expended in gaining a comparatively useless education should have been used in gaining an education that would make them all-round men and women, fitted for practical life. Such an education would be of the highest value to them.
“Tsis yog ib qho muaj tswv yim uas yuav xa peb cov hluas mus rau cov tsev kawm qib siab uas lawv muab lawv lub sijhawm fij rau kev nrhiav kev paub txog Greek thiab Latin, thaum lawv lub siab thiab lawv lub ntsws tab tom raug ntim puv nrog tej kev xav ntawm cov kws sau ntawv tsis ntseeg Vajtswv uas lawv kawm kom thiaj txawj tswj tau cov lus ntawd. Lawv tau ib txoj kev paub uas tsis tsim nyog li, thiab tsis sib haum nrog tej lus qhia ntawm Tus Xibfwb Loj. Feem ntau cov uas tau txais kev kawm li no muaj kev qhuas tus kheej heev. Lawv xav tias lawv twb mus txog qhov siab tshaj plaws ntawm kev kawm qib siab lawm, thiab coj lawv tus kheej nrog kev khav theeb, zoo li lawv tsis yog cov tseem kawm ntxiv lawm. Lawv raug ua kom puas tsis tsim nyog rau kev ua haujlwm pab Vajtswv. Lub sijhawm, tej peev txheej, thiab txoj kev kawm uas coob leej tau siv los nrhiav ib txoj kev kawm uas tsuas muaj nqis me ntsis xwb, yeej tsim nyog muab siv rau kev nrhiav ib txoj kev kawm uas yuav ua rau lawv dhau los ua txiv neej thiab poj niam uas txawj txhua yam tsim nyog, haum rau lub neej ua haujlwm tiag tiag. Ib txoj kev kawm zoo li ntawd yuav muaj nqis tshaj plaws rau lawv.”
“What do students carry with them when they leave our schools? Where are they going? What are they going to do? Have they the knowledge that will enable them to teach others? Have they been educated to be wise fathers and mothers? Can they stand at the head of a family as wise instructors? In their home life can they so instruct their children that theirs will be a family that God can behold with pleasure, because it is a symbol of the family in heaven? Have they received the only education that can truly be called ‘higher education’?
“Cov tub ntxhais kawm nqa dab tsi nrog lawv thaum lawv tawm hauv peb tej tsev kawm? Lawv mus qhov twg? Lawv yuav mus ua dab tsi? Puas yog lawv muaj txoj kev paub uas yuav pab tau kom lawv qhia tau lwm tus? Puas yog lawv tau raug cob qhia kom ua tau cov txiv thiab cov niam uas muaj tswvyim? Lawv puas tuaj yeem sawv ntawm lub taub hau ntawm ib tsev neeg ua cov xibfwb qhia uas muaj tswvyim? Hauv lawv txoj sia hauv tsev, lawv puas tuaj yeem qhia lawv cov menyuam kom lawv tsev neeg yuav yog ib tsev neeg uas Vajtswv tuaj yeem ntsia nrog kev zoo siab, vim nws yog ib lub cim ntawm tsev neeg saum ntuj ceeb tsheej? Puas yog lawv tau txais txoj kev kawm ib leeg xwb uas thiaj li hu tau tseeb tias yog ‘kev kawm siab tshaj’?”
“What is higher education? No education can be called higher education unless it bears the similitude of heaven, unless it leads young men and young women to be Christlike, and fits them to stand at the head of their families in the place of God. If, during his school life, a young man has failed to gain a knowledge of Greek and Latin and the sentiments contained in the works of infidel authors, he has not sustained much loss. If Jesus Christ had deemed this kind of education essential, would he not have given it to his disciples, whom he was educating to do the greatest work ever committed to mortals, to represent him in the world? But, instead, he placed sacred truth in their hands, to be given to the world in its simplicity.
“Kev kawm qib siab yog dab tsi? Tsis muaj ib yam kev kawm twg yuav raug hu ua kev kawm qib siab tau, tshwj tsis yog tias nws muaj qhov zoo xws li saum ntuj ceeb tsheej, tshwj tsis yog tias nws coj cov tub hluas thiab cov ntxhais hluas kom ua zoo li Khetos, thiab ua kom lawv tsim nyog sawv ua tus thawj ntawm lawv tsev neeg nyob rau hauv Vajtswv lub chaw. Yog hais tias, thaum lub sij hawm nws lub neej kawm ntawv, ib tug tub hluas tsis tau txais kev paub txog lus Kili thiab lus Lastees thiab tej kev xav uas muaj nyob hauv cov haujlwm ntawm cov kws sau ntawv tsis ntseeg Vajtswv, nws tsis tau raug kev poob ntau heev. Yog hais tias Yexus Khetos tau suav tias hom kev kawm no yog yam tseem ceeb, puas yog nws yuav tsis tau muab rau nws cov thwj tim, uas nws tab tom cob qhia kom ua tes haujlwm loj tshaj plaws uas ib txwm tau muab tso rau cov neeg txawj tuag, uas yog los sawv cev rau nws hauv lub ntiajteb no? Tiamsis, nws thiaj muab qhov tseeb dawb huv tso rau hauv lawv txhais tes, kom muab rau lub ntiajteb no raws li nws txoj kev yooj yim.”
“There are times when Greek and Latin scholars are needed. Some must study these languages. This is well. But not all, and not many, should study them. Those who think that a knowledge of Greek and Latin is essential to a higher education, cannot see afar off. Neither is a knowledge of the mysteries of that which the men of the world call science necessary for entrance into the kingdom of God. It is Satan who fills the mind with sophistry and tradition, which exclude the true higher education, and which will perish with the learner.
“Muaj tej lub sijhawm uas yuav tsum muaj cov neeg txawj kawm lus Kili thiab lus Lastees. Ib txhia yuav tsum kawm cov lus no. Qhov no yog qhov zoo. Tiamsis tsis yog sawvdaws, thiab tsis yog coob leej, yuav tsum kawm lawv. Cov uas xav tias kev paub lus Kili thiab lus Lastees yog yam tseem ceeb rau kev kawm qib siab dua, lawv tsis pom deb. Thiab kev paub txog tej kev tsis txawj tag ntawm yam uas neeg ntiajteb hu ua kev tshawb fawb kuj tsis yog yam tsim nyog rau kev nkag mus rau hauv Vajtswv lub nceeg vaj. Yog Xatas uas ua kom lub siab puv npo tej lus sib cav dag ntxias thiab tej kab ke qub uas txais los, tej yam no thiaj txwv tsis pub muaj txoj kev kawm qib siab tiag tiag, thiab tej ntawd yuav piam mus nrog tus kawm.”
“Those who have received a false education do not look heavenward. They cannot see the One who is the true Light, ‘which lighteth every man that cometh into the world.’ They look upon eternal realities as phantoms, calling an atom a world, and a world an atom. Of many who have received the so-called higher education, God declares, ‘Thou art weighed in the balances, and art found wanting,’—wanting in a knowledge of practical business, wanting in a knowledge of how to make the best use of time, wanting in a knowledge of how to labor for Jesus.” Review and Herald, August 17, 1897.
“Cov neeg uas tau txais ib txoj kev kawm cuav tsis ntsia mus rau saum ntuj. Lawv tsis pom Tus uas yog Qhov Kaj tseeb, ‘uas ci rau txhua tus neeg uas los rau hauv lub ntiajteb no.’ Lawv saib tej yam muaj tseeb nyob mus ib txhis zoo li yog duab ntxoov ntxoo, hu ib lub atoo tias yog ib lub ntiajteb, thiab hu ib lub ntiajteb tias yog ib lub atoo. Txog ntau tus uas tau txais yam hu ua kev kawm siab dua, Vajtswv tshaj tawm tias, ‘Koj raug luj rau hauv cov nplai, thiab raug pom tias tsis txaus,’—tsis txaus rau kev paub txog tej haujlwm uas yuav tsum xyaum ua tiag, tsis txaus rau kev paub yuav siv sij hawm li cas kom zoo tshaj plaws, tsis txaus rau kev paub yuav ua haujlwm rau Yexus li cas.” Review and Herald, August 17, 1897.
The warning of the fireballs of Nashville is not an arbitrary city, it is a direct judgment brought upon Seventh-day Adventists, the United States and the world. The fireballs of Nashville represent different attributes for the various categories of Adventism, the earth beast and the world. The fireballs of Nashville are God’s judgment upon false education, symbolized by the tree of knowledge of good and evil.
Lo lus ceeb toom ntawm cov pob hluav taws ntawm Nashville tsis yog hais txog ib lub nroog twg raws li kev xaiv yam tsis muaj laj thawj; nws yog ib txoj kev txiav txim ncaj qha uas raug coj los rau saum cov Seventh-day Adventists, Tebchaws Meskas, thiab lub ntiaj teb. Cov pob hluav taws ntawm Nashville sawv cev rau ntau yam cwj pwm txawv raws li ntau pawg ntawm Adventism, tus tsiaj nyaum hauv ntiajteb, thiab lub ntiaj teb. Cov pob hluav taws ntawm Nashville yog Vajtswv txoj kev txiav txim rau kev kawm cuav, uas raug cim los ntawm tsob ntoo kev paub qhov zoo thiab qhov phem.
We will continue this study in the next article.
Peb yuav txuas ntxiv txoj kev kawm no hauv tsab xov xwm tom ntej.
“By a variety of images the Lord Jesus represented to John the wicked character and seductive influence of those who have been distinguished for their persecution of God’s people. All need wisdom carefully to search out the mystery of iniquity that figures so largely in the winding up of this earth’s history. God’s presentation of the detestable works of the inhabitants of the ruling powers of the world who bind themselves into secret societies and confederacies, not honoring the law of God, should enable the people who have the light of truth to keep clear of all these evils. More and more will all false religionists of the world manifest their evil doings; for there are but two parties, those who keep the commandments of God and those who war against God’s holy law....
“Los ntawm ntau hom duab piv txwv tus Tswv Yexus tau sawv cev rau Yauhas txog tus cwj pwm phem thiab lub hwj chim ntxias dag ntawm cov uas tau raug paub txawv los ntawm lawv txoj kev tsim txom Vajtswv haiv neeg. Txhua tus yuav tsum muaj kev txawj ntse kom ua tib zoo tshawb nrhiav txoj kev tsis ncaj ncees uas zais tob ntawd, uas sawv cev loj heev nyob rau hauv kev xaus ntawm zaj keeb kwm ntawm lub ntiajteb no. Vajtswv txoj kev nthuav tawm txog tej haujlwm qias neeg ntawm cov neeg nyob hauv tej hwj chim kav tebchaws ntawm lub ntiajteb no, uas khi lawv tus kheej ua tej koom haum zais ntshis thiab tej kev sib koom ua ke, tsis hwm Vajtswv txoj kevcai, yuav tsum pab kom cov neeg uas muaj lub teeb ntawm qhov tseeb thiaj li nyob deb ntawm txhua yam kev phem no. Ntau zuj zus lawm, txhua tus uas tuav kev ntseeg cuav hauv lub ntiajteb no yuav nthuav tawm lawv tej kev ua phem; rau qhov tsuas muaj ob pab xwb, yog cov uas ua raws li Vajtswv tej lus txib thiab cov uas ua rog tawm tsam Vajtswv txoj kevcai dawb huv....”
“The enmity between the seed of the woman and the serpent is clearly defined by the Lord. ‘And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.’ ‘And unto Adam He said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life; thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat of the herb of the field; in the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return.’
“Kev ntxub ntxaug ntawm tus xeeb ntxwv ntawm tus poj niam thiab tus nab raug tus Tswv hais meej tseeb lawm. ‘Thiab Kuv yuav muab kev ntxub ntxaug tso rau nruab nrab ntawm koj thiab tus poj niam, thiab nruab nrab ntawm koj tus xeeb ntxwv thiab nws tus xeeb ntxwv; nws yuav tsoo koj lub taub hau, thiab koj yuav tom nws luj taws.’ ‘Thiab rau Adas Nws hais tias, Vim koj tau mloog koj tus poj niam lub suab, thiab tau noj ntawm tsob ntoo uas Kuv tau txib koj hais tias, Koj txhob noj ntawm nws li: av raug foom tsis zoo vim yog koj; koj yuav noj ntawm nws nrog kev tu siab tas nrho tej hnub ntawm koj lub neej; nws tseem yuav txi pos thiab nroj tsuag pos rau koj; thiab koj yuav noj tej nroj tsuag hauv teb; hauv hws ntawm koj lub ntsej muag koj yuav noj mov, mus txog thaum koj rov qab mus rau hauv av; rau qhov tawm ntawm av ntawd koj raug muab los: vim koj yog hmoov av, thiab koj yuav rov qab mus rau hmoov av.’”
“By following his own way, by acting in harmony with Satan’s temptations and in opposition to the known will of God, man vainly attempted to elevate and bless himself. Thus he gained an experimental knowledge of disobedience to God’s commandments. Thus he knew good and evil; thus he lost his fidelity and loyalty to God and opened the floodgates of evil and suffering to the whole human family. How many today are making the same experiment! When will man learn that the only means for his safety is through a full confidence in a ‘thus saith the Lord’?
“Los ntawm kev taug nws tus kheej txojkev, los ntawm kev ua raws li Xatas tej kev ntxias thiab sawv tawm tsam Vajtswv txojkev xav uas twb paub lawm, neeg tau sim tsa nws tus kheej thiab foom koob hmoov rau nws tus kheej yam tsis muaj nqis dab tsi. Yog li ntawd nws thiaj tau txais ib txojkev paub los ntawm kev sim txog kev tsis mloog Vajtswv tej lus txib. Yog li ntawd nws thiaj paub qhov zoo thiab qhov phem; yog li ntawd nws thiaj poob nws txojkev ncaj ncees thiab txojkev muab siab npuab rau Vajtswv, thiab qheb tej rooj dej nyab ntawm kev phem thiab kev txom nyem rau tag nrho tsevneeg tibneeg. Muaj pes tsawg leej niaj hnub no tseem tab tom ua tib yam kev sim ntawd! Thaum twg mam li yog lub sijhawm uas neeg yuav kawm paub tias tib txojkev xwb rau nws txojkev nyab xeeb yog los ntawm kev tso siab puv npo rau ib lo lus tias, ‘Tus Tswv hais li no’?”
“Satan is seeking to intrude his own inventions upon the children of God through human methods. He is seeking to be received as God, or even to be placed above God.
“Xatas tab tom nrhiav kev nkag los muab nws tus kheej tej kev tsim tawm rau saum cov me nyuam ntawm Vajtswv dhau ntawm tib neeg tej kev coj. Nws tab tom nrhiav kom luag txais nws ua Vajtswv, lossis txawm kom muab nws tsa siab dua Vajtswv.
“In changing the Sabbath to the first day of the week, he leads men to disbelieve God’s declarations, and so to regard their own ways and plans that they appear exceeding wise in their own eyes and in their perverted judgment. Through human policy he leads men to regard the expressed commandments of God as of less force than human tradition, and to regard a deviation from that law which is always holy and just and good, as of little account. He sees that by thus preventing human agencies from walking as obedient children in harmony with God, he can hinder the accomplishment of God’s work in our world.
“Thaum hloov Hnub Xanpataus mus rau thawj hnub hauv lub limtiam, nws coj tibneeg mus tsis ntseeg Vajtswv tej lus tshaj tawm, thiab yog li ntawd kom saib lawv tus kheej tej kev thiab tej kev npaj zoo li muaj tswvyim tshaj plaws hauv lawv tus kheej qhov muag thiab hauv lawv txoj kev txiav txim uas raug ntxeev. Los ntawm tibneeg tej tswv yim kev cai, nws coj tibneeg kom saib Vajtswv tej lus txib uas tau hais tawm meej lawm tias muaj hwjchim tsawg dua li tibneeg tej kevcai qub, thiab kom saib qhov uas thim deb ntawm txoj cai ntawd—uas ib txwm dawbhuv, ncaj ncees, thiab zoo—ua ib yam me me uas tsis tsim nqi. Nws pom tias, los ntawm qhov uas nws txwv tsis pub tibneeg tej cuab yeej taug kev zoo li cov menyuam uas mloog lus hauv kev sib haum xeeb nrog Vajtswv, nws thiaj li tuaj yeem tabkaum kev ua kom tiav ntawm Vajtswv txoj hauj lwm hauv peb lub ntiajteb.”
“But Satan’s connivings with human agencies who stand in responsible positions are just as much to be feared and shunned now after the experiment of sin has been tried, as it was in the case of our first parents. I am instructed to say that the men who are placed in positions of responsibility in the work of God have overestimated their right to control others. The position a man occupies does not change his character. Some have seemed to feel that they must devise for churches and for sanitariums and that there was to be no questioning of their judgment. Let them learn of Jesus at every step. He should be the chief authority for every man.
“Tiamsis Xatas tej kev ntxias thiab kev sib koom nrog tib neeg cov cuab tam uas sawv hauv tej hauj lwm muaj lub luag hauj lwm, yeej tsim nyog ntshai thiab yuav tsum zam tam sim no ib yam nkaus li thaum twb tau sim kev txhaum lawm, ib yam li hauv rooj xwm txheej ntawm peb thawj niam thawj txiv. Kuv raug qhuab qhia kom hais tias cov txiv neej uas raug tso rau hauv tej chaw muaj lub luag hauj lwm hauv Vajtswv tes dej num tau muab lawv txoj cai los tswj lwm tus kwv yees siab dhau lawm. Qhov chaw uas ib tug neeg nyob tsis hloov nws tus cwj pwm. Muaj qee leej zoo li xav tias lawv yuav tsum npaj txiav txim rau pawg ntseeg thiab rau cov tsev kho mob, thiab tias yuav tsum tsis txhob muaj leej twg nug txog lawv txoj kev txiav txim. Cia lawv kawm ntawm Yexus hauv txhua kauj ruam. Nws yuav tsum yog tus thawj coj muaj cai tshaj rau txhua tus neeg.”
“The One who has often been our Instructor says, ‘How hard it is for man to walk humbly with his God, in a contrite spirit taking God’s way and rejecting Satan’s propositions which seem to present great worldly advantages.’ The influence of man’s having his own way in the place of firmly standing on the solid foundation that God alone has laid, has been repeated over and over again. Refusing to walk in the straight paths that God has signified will bring them to confusion and will not teach wisdom to others who have the same test and trial. When will man learn that God is God, and not a man that He should change?
“Tug uas tau nquag ua peb tus Xibfwb hais tias, ‘Yuav nyuaj npaum li cas rau tibneeg taug kev hauv kev txo hwj chim nrog nws tus Vajtswv, hauv tus ntsuj plig tawg ntho lees txhaum, lees txais txojkev uas Vajtswv tau teem thiab tsis lees yuav Xatas tej lus qhuab qhia uas zoo li nthuav tawm tej txiaj ntsig loj ntawm lub ntiajteb no.’ Qhov cuam tshuam ntawm tibneeg uas cia nws tus kheej ua raws li nws lub siab nyiam hloov chaw ntawm kev sawv ruaj khov rau saum lub hauv paus ruaj uas Vajtswv tib leeg tau tsa, twb rov muaj dua thiab dua lawm. Kev tsis kam taug kev hauv txojkev ncaj uas Vajtswv tau qhia meej yuav coj lawv mus rau kev ntxhov siab thiab yuav tsis qhia kev txawj ntse rau lwm tus uas raug tib yam kev sim thiab kev txom nyem. Thaum twg tibneeg mam li kawm paub tias Vajtswv yog Vajtswv, tsis yog neeg uas Nws yuav hloov?”
“Some who have departed from the right way have been in a continual fever to grasp responsibilities that God has not laid upon them. God calls upon every minister and every physician to maintain the simplicity of the truth. The Son of God who is revealed in both the Old and New Testaments is the Saviour of our world today. From Him every medical missionary is to receive his training. Unless he shall separate himself from the prince of the power of the air, he will mislead souls who have confidence in him. Let all beware of men who are so educated and uplifted that their plans cannot be understood by the common people.
“Ib txhia tus uas tau ncaim ntawm txojkev uas yog lawm tau nyob hauv ib qho kub siab tsis tu ncua kom txeeb tej luag haujlwm uas Vajtswv tsis tau tso rau saum lawv. Vajtswv hu kom txhua tus xibhwb thiab txhua tus kws kho mob khaws cia txojkev yooj yim ntawm qhov tseeb. Leej Tub ntawm Vajtswv uas raug qhia tshwm hauv ob Phau Qub thiab Phau Tshiab yog tus Cawmseej ntawm peb lub ntiajteb niaj hnub no. Txhua tus tub txib kho mob yuav tsum tau txais nws txojkev cob qhia ntawm Nws. Yog nws tsis cais nws tus kheej tawm ntawm tus thawj ntawm lub hwjchim saum nruab ntug, nws yuav coj tej ntsujplig uas ntseeg siab rau nws mus yuam kev. Cia txhua tus ceev faj txog cov neeg uas raug cob qhia thiab raug tsa siab ua luaj li uas cov pej xeem ib txwm tsis muaj cuab kav to taub lawv tej kev npaj.”
“The intrigues of sin surpass infinite conception. Every calamity, every suffering and death, is an evidence not only of the power of evil but of the truth of the living God. Having known the truth, the word of the living God, which abideth forever, and which through obedience gives life, man’s weakness in conforming to Satan’s ingenuity is surpassingly strange. All who are taught of God recognize Christ as His Son. All who disbelieve the known declarations of God demonstrate the popularity of sin, and are not working on the side of life and immortality which are brought to light through perfect sanctification of the truth. Unless they make a change in character, in words, and in spirit, souls will be lost.
“Kev ntxias dag ntxias ntawm txoj kev txhaum tshaj dhau qhov kev xav pom tau uas tsis muaj kawg. Txhua yam kev puas tsuaj, txhua txoj kev txom nyem thiab kev tuag, yog ib qho pov thawj tsis yog tsuas yog txog lub hwj chim ntawm kev phem xwb, tiam sis kuj yog txog qhov tseeb ntawm Vajtswv uas muaj txoj sia nyob. Thaum twb paub qhov tseeb lawm, yog Vajtswv uas muaj txoj sia nyob lo lus, uas nyob mus ib txhis, thiab uas los ntawm kev mloog lus pub txoj sia, ces tibneeg txoj kev qaug zog hauv kev yoog raws Xatas tej tswv yim dag ntxias yog ib yam txawv tshaj plaws. Txhua tus uas Vajtswv qhia paub yeej lees paub Khetos tias yog Nws Leej Tub. Txhua tus uas tsis ntseeg Vajtswv tej lus tshaj tawm uas twb paub lawm qhia tawm txog txoj kev txhaum uas tau txais kev nyiam, thiab lawv tsis ua haujlwm rau sab ntawm txoj sia thiab txoj kev tsis txawj tuag uas raug muab coj los qhia kom pom meej dhau los ntawm kev dawb huv tiav txhij ntawm qhov tseeb. Yog lawv tsis hloov lawv tus cwj pwm, lawv tej lus hais, thiab lawv tus ntsuj plig, ces tej ntsuj plig yuav ploj mus.”
“There is no middle path to Paradise restored. The message given to man for these last days is not to become amalgamated with human devising. We are not to lean upon the policy of worldly lawyers. We must be humble men of prayer, not acting like those who are blinded by Satan’s agencies.
“Tsis muaj ib txoj kev nruab nrab mus rau lub Vaj Kaj Siab uas raug txum tim rov qab los. Txoj xov uas tau muab rau tibneeg rau cov hnub kawg no tsis yog kom raug sib xyaw nrog tej kev npaj tsim los ntawm tibneeg. Peb tsis txhob vam khom rau txoj kev cai tswj thiab tswv yim ntawm cov kws lij choj hauv ntiajteb no. Peb yuav tsum yog cov neeg txo hwjchim uas thov Vajtswv, tsis ua zoo li cov uas raug dig muag los ntawm Xatas tej cuab tam.”
“Many have a faith, but not a faith that works by love and purifies the soul. Saving faith is not simply a mere belief of the truth. ‘The devils also believe, and tremble.’ The inspiration of the Spirit of God gives to men a faith that is an impelling power that molds character, and leads men higher than mere formal actions. The words, the actions, and the spirit are to bear testimony to the fact that we are followers of Christ.
“Coob leej coob muaj kev ntseeg, tiam sis tsis yog txoj kev ntseeg uas ua hauj lwm los ntawm txoj kev hlub thiab ntxuav tus ntsuj plig kom dawb huv. Txoj kev ntseeg uas cawm dim tsis yog tsuas yog kev ntseeg qhov tseeb xwb. ‘Cov dab los kuj ntseeg thiab tshee hnyo.’ Kev tshoov siab ntawm Vajtswv tus Ntsuj Plig pub rau tibneeg txoj kev ntseeg uas yog ib lub hwj chim txhawb thiab thawb kom mus tom ntej, uas puab tus cwj pwm, thiab coj tibneeg kom siab dua tej kev ua raws kab ke xwb. Cov lus, tej kev ua, thiab tus ntsuj plig yuav tsum ua tim khawv txog qhov tseeb tias peb yog Khetos cov thwjtim.”
“The greatest light and blessing that God has bestowed is not a security against transgression and apostasy in these last days. Those whom God has exalted to high positions of trust may turn from heaven’s light to human wisdom. Their light will then become darkness, their God-entrusted capabilities a snare, their character an offense to God. God will not be mocked. A departure from Him has been and always will be followed by its sure results. The commission of acts that displease God will, unless decidedly repented of and forsaken, instead of seeking to justify them, lead the evildoer on step by step in deception till many sins are committed with impunity. All who would possess a character that would make them laborers together with God and receive the commendation of God, must separate themselves from the enemies of God, and maintain the truth which Christ gave to John to give to the world.” Manuscript Releases, volume 18, 30–36.
“Qhov pom kev thiab koob hmoov loj tshaj plaws uas Vajtswv tau pub tsis yog ib qho kev ruaj ntseg tiv thaiv kev ua txhaum thiab kev thim txoj kev ntseeg nyob rau hauv cov hnub kawg no. Cov uas Vajtswv tau tsa rau tej hauj lwm siab uas muaj kev cia siab loj yuav tig ntawm qhov pom kev saum ntuj mus rau tibneeg tej tswv yim. Ces lawv qhov pom kev yuav dhau los ua kev tsaus ntuj, lawv tej peev xwm uas Vajtswv tau tso siab pub yuav dhau los ua ib lub cuab, lawv tus yam ntxwv yuav dhau los ua ib yam uas ua rau Vajtswv chim siab. Vajtswv tsis yog tus uas luag yuav thuam taus. Kev ncaim ntawm Nws tau muaj los thiab yuav muaj mus ib txhis nrog nws tej txiaj ntsig tseeb raws nraim. Kev ua tej hauj lwm uas tsis haum Vajtswv siab, yog tsis muaj kev hloov siab lees txim tseeb thiab tso tseg kiag li, es tsis txhob nrhiav kev ua pov thawj rau tej ntawd, yuav coj tus neeg ua phem mus ib kauj ruam dhau ib kauj ruam hauv kev dag ntxias mus txog thaum ntau yam kev txhaum raug ua lawm yam tsis raug txim. Txhua tus uas xav kom muaj ib tug yam ntxwv uas yuav ua rau lawv ua neeg ua hauj lwm koom nrog Vajtswv thiab tau txais Vajtswv txoj kev qhuas, yuav tsum cais lawv tus kheej tawm ntawm Vajtswv cov yeeb ncuab, thiab tuav rawv qhov tseeb uas Khetos tau muab rau Yauhas kom muab rau lub ntiajteb no.” Manuscript Releases, volume 18, 30–36.
