“ ‘Namni, Ani isa beeka jedhee dubbatu, ajajawwan Isaas hin eegne immoo sobduu dha; dhugaanis isa keessa hin jiru’ [1 Yohaannis 2:4]. Kun warra beekumsa Waaqaatiin qaba jedhan hundumaa, akkasumas ajajawwan Isaa eegu jedhu, garuu hojii gaariidhaan kana hin mul’ifne hunda of keessatti qabata. Nama hundumaa wajjin nagaa, qulqullinattis duukaa buʼaa; qulqullina sana malee namni tokko illee Gooftaa hin argu. Eeggannoo cimaa godhaa, akka namni tokko illee ayyaana Waaqayyoo irraa hin hafneef; akka hiddi hadhaaʼummaa tokko illee biqilee isin hin jeeqneef, isaanaanis baayʼeen hin xuroofneef; akka sagaagaltuun tokko illee, yookaan nama wanta qulqulluu tuffatu akka Esaawu hin jiraanneef; inni nyaata qamadii tokkoof mirga angafummaa isaa gurgurate. Isin beektu, booddee inni eebba sana dhaaluuf yommuu barbaade, akka gatame; qalbii jijjiirrannaa argachuuf iddoo hin arganne, iyyuu imimmaanin jabeessee barbaade’ [Ibroota 12:13–17].”
“ଏହା ସତ୍ୟକୁ ବିଶ୍ୱାସ କରୁଛୁ ବୋଲି ଦାବି କରୁଥିବା ଅନେକଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ପ୍ରୟୋଜ୍ୟ ଅଟେ। ନିଜମାନଙ୍କ କାମୁକ ଆଚରଣକୁ ପରିତ୍ୟାଗ କରିବା ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତେ, ସେମାନେ ଶୟତାନଙ୍କ ଭ୍ରମକାରୀ କୁତର୍କର ଅଧୀନରେ ଶିକ୍ଷାର ଏକ ଭ୍ରାନ୍ତ ପଥରେ ଆଗେଇ ଯାଆନ୍ତି। ପାପକୁ ପାପମୟ ବୋଲି ଚିହ୍ନଟ କରାଯାଏ ନାହିଁ। ସେମାନଙ୍କର ନିଜ ବିବେକ ଅଶୁଚି ହୋଇଯାଇଛି, ସେମାନଙ୍କର ହୃଦୟ ଭ୍ରଷ୍ଟ ହୋଇଯାଇଛି, ଏପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଚିନ୍ତାମଣ୍ଡଳୀ ମଧ୍ୟ ନିରନ୍ତର ଭାବେ ଭ୍ରଷ୍ଟ। ଶୟତାନ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଲୋଭନର ଆମିଷରୂପେ ବ୍ୟବହାର କରେ, ଯାହାଦ୍ୱାରା ସେ ଆତ୍ମାମାନଙ୍କୁ ଅଶୁଚି ଆଚରଣଦିଗରେ ଆକର୍ଷିତ କରିପାରେ, ଯେଉଁ ଆଚରଣ ସମଗ୍ର ସ୍ତିତ୍ୱକୁ ଅଶୁଚି କରେ। ‘ଯେ ମୋଶାଙ୍କ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାକୁ [ଯାହା ଈଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ଥିଲା] ଅବମାନ କଲା, ସେ ଦୁଇ କିମ୍ବା ତିନି ଜଣ ସାକ୍ଷୀଙ୍କ କଥାରେ କୌଣସି କୃପା ବିନା ମୃତ୍ୟୁବରଣ କରିଲା; ତେବେ ତୁମେ ଭାବ, ଯିଏ ଈଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ପୁତ୍ରଙ୍କୁ ପାଦତଳରେ ଦଳିଦେଇଛି, ଏବଂ ଯେ ଚୁକ୍ତିର ରକ୍ତଦ୍ୱାରା ସେ ପବିତ୍ର କରାଯାଇଥିଲା, ସେହି ରକ୍ତକୁ ଅପବିତ୍ର ବସ୍ତୁ ବୋଲି ଗଣନା କରିଛି, ଏବଂ ଅନୁଗ୍ରହର ଆତ୍ମାଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ଅପମାନ କରିଛି, ସେ କେତେ ଅଧିକ କଠୋର ଦଣ୍ଡର ଯୋଗ୍ୟ ବୋଲି ଗଣିତ ହେବ? କାରଣ ଆମେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଜାଣୁଛୁ ଯିଏ କହିଥିଲେ, ପ୍ରତିଶୋଧ ମୋର; ମୁଁ ପ୍ରତିଫଳ ଦେବି, ପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି। ଏବଂ ପୁନର୍ବାର, ପ୍ରଭୁ ତାଙ୍କର ଜନଙ୍କୁ ବିଚାର କରିବେ। ସଜୀବ ଈଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ହାତରେ ପଡ଼ିବା ଏକ ଭୟଙ୍କର ବିଷୟ’ [Hebrews 10:28–31]।” Manuscript Releases, volume 19, 176, 177.
